Our Quality Control Process

Material Inspection

All incoming raw materials are verified against mill test certificates (MTCs) for chemical composition and mechanical properties before use.

Dimensional Checks

Every batch undergoes dimensional inspection using calibrated instruments (vernier, micrometers, gauges) to verify conformance to specified dimensions.

Visual & NDT Testing

Visual inspection for surface defects, weld quality, and finish. NDT (Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle) tests available on request.

Hydro Testing

Pressure vessels and piping components are hydro-tested as per code requirements. Test certificates issued for all tested items.

Documentation

Complete documentation package: MTC, Test Certificates, Packing List, Invoice with HSN codes, and Quality Inspection Report (QIR) provided.

Third-Party Inspection

We welcome third-party inspection by agencies like TPIA, BVQI, Lloyds, or customer-nominated inspectors at our workshop.
